It appears that you have exceeded the number of installations allowed for your software license key. You are allowed 2 installations per license key. What you will need to do is submit a support ticket and we will reset your license key. Be sure to include the PayPal email address that you used to make the purchase.
You may also want to double check to ensure that you are running the software as an administrator as the software needs to be run as an administrator as shown in the video below.
