What happens once I make a purchase?

Do You Provide Free Updates?

Updates for all products will be free of charge for the first 30 days after a purchase is made but at anytime after the initial 30 days if chosen by “Your Online Business Hub” or it’s “admin” may cease to continue updating any software at anytime for any reason. Can I Use The Software On More Than One Computer At A Time?
A. Yes you can use the software on up to 2 computers at the exact same time.
Can I Run More Than One Software On My Computer At The Same time If I Made Multiple Purchases?
A. Yes, as long as your computer resources will allow you to you can run as many of our software tools on your computer as your computer can handle.
Can I Use The Software On My Tablet?
A. The software will not work on a tablet as you will need to have Microsoft Net Framework installed and the tablets do not support it.
What Payment Options Do You Have Available?
A. We accept PayPal and if you only have a credit card that is fine as PayPal will allow you to pay via credit card without having to have a PayPal account.
Is There A Monthly Fee With Any of The Products?

People would either try and obtain multiple trial versions of the software as they never intended on purchasing in most cases. Second, some people have tried to obtain a copy of the software to see if they could crack it using blackhat tactics. Third, a good number of people just wanted to ask question after question without even really trying the software and just really had no intention of purchasing at all so it became a waste of time. So instead of focusing a lot of wasted attention on non-customers we have shifted our focus to our paid customers.

A. Yes, your computer must have the ability to connect to the Internet as the software will need that in order to perform it’s various functions.

A. Yes, your computer will need to remain on in order to use the software.
Why Does My Antivirus Software Sometimes Flag The Software As A Potential Virus On My COmputer?
A. Since this is a desktop application and there are many different antivirus software tools available not all of them know how to classify each software program. When this happens the software program will sometimes get flagged by the antivirus software as being a virus/malware even if it is not true. This is what you would call a false positive. With 100% certainty we can guarantee that 100% of our software tools are virus/malware free and it has been this way since we release our very first software tool. Out of the thousands of customers that we have we are happy to report that not one customer as ever received a virus or malware from any of our software tools.
Can I Talk To Someone Over The Phone?
A. No, we do not offer phone support as all communication is handled through our support desk.
Do I Need To Purchase A Product In Order To Promote Your Products?
A. No you do not need to be a customer or pay to become an affiliate as it is free to promote our products and all that you need to receive payments is to have a PayPal account as payments are paid instantly. Do You Offer Any Discounts?
A. We do not offer any discounts. All pricing is final and you can be assured that anyone who has made a purchase of any of our products has paid exactly the same price that you would be paying should you decided to become a customer. It would not be fair to prior customers who paid full price if you paid a lower price then what they paid, so to be fair there are no discounts. The only exception to this would be if we are running a launch special which would be when a product is first introduced. However this period would typically only last for the first 24 to 48 hours and then after that time the product would be priced where it will remain for good.
Do You Accept eChecks Via PayPal?
A. We do not accept eChecks and you will not gain immediate access to any of our products should you decide to pay this way as it takes multiple days (usually between 3 to 5 business days) for the check to clear your bank using this method. Do not attempt to pay with this method.

Does The Software Run On Windows XP or Vista?
A. The software will not run properly on Windows XP as windows has stopped supporting this operating system. Windows Vista was replaced with Windows 7, so our advice is that if you own XP or Vista that you upgrade your operating system to either Windows 7 , 8, 8.1, or 10 prior to making the purchase.
